Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days WFO & 2 days WFH) Role & Responsibilities Drive digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads and increase sales. Helps build the structure and design the customer database for email marketing. Constantly updates database systems to ensure they are up to date. Monitors database, segment, identify target audience and grow our email list. Suggest system to enhance the effectiveness of database tools and services. Support the planning and execution of all digital channels, SEO/SEM, Google ads, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Provide campaign performance analysis and recommendations to optimize performance for the best return on ad spend and identify opportunities for improvement. Work with various departments to develop and deliver digital campaigns that will extend company reach in end markets, increase lead generation and improve brand awareness. Produce and optimize contents for campaigns, including landing pages, email blast, and website. Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of digital marketing initiatives. Drive traffic for the company to ensure content conversion by leveraging search, social media, landing pages, advertising, events, etc. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the company keeps abreast of the curve. Conduct market research and competitive analysis on digital marketing space to identify emerging trends, best practices and opportunities.
