To come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials.Assist Marketing Manager in the development of overall digital marketing strategy and implementation of digital marketing activities across the range of digital marketing channels (not limited to SEO, SEM, social media and email)Creation of online digital marketing campaigns, digital advertising, media campaigns, microsite customer survey and management of website to increase marketing leads. Management of e-commerce platform, coordinating with the outsourced company and ensuring that the right products are being offered to the customers at the right prices in alignment with Marketing Manager and Commercial Leads to generate sales in ASEANNA.Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors and KOLs through networking and prospecting.Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with internal team to develop optimization plans.Measure the effectiveness of these campaigns and website and continuously improve our tactics and approach.Manage and maintain media including websites, mobile apps and email/CRM software.Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing and advertisements to maintain database.Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Skills & experience:A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably from healthcare, pharmaceutical or FMCG industryDynamic, resilient, resourceful, independent with a strong entrepreneurial mindsetStakeholder management skills
