On-the-job training provided to kickstart your journey.****Job Descriptions**:- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels, with a focus on Google and Facebook Ads, to drive lead generation, conversion, and retention.- Manage all promotional activities, operations, and maintenance of campaigns/websites.- Plan and monitor campaign spending against allocated budgets, ensuring targets are met.- Manage and to oversee all contests, giveaways etc. in the campaigns or projects assigned.- Produce, write and proofread campaigns/websites content.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in order to stay abreast of the industry trends.- Work closely with diverse teams, including creative, analytics, and affiliate, to ensure smooth campaign execution.**Requirements**:- At least 2 years experience in strategising and optimising paid media strategies across platforms like Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube, and third-party ad platforms.- Excellent communication and presentation skills in **English** are a must; proficiency in **Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese **or other languages is advantageous.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other analytic tools for reporting and analysis.- Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of online marketing tools.- Background in marketing agency, e-commerce, ideally health supplements, beauty products, financial and gaming products in SEA market.**Job Type**: PermanentPay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Thai (preferred)- English (required)- Mandarin (preferred)
