About the Team:The Online Marketing team in Shopee is our in-house performance marketing team focusing on delivering high-impact Google and Facebook ads for sellers. As a member of this team, you are expected to have a degree of familiarity with Facebook Collaborative Ads and Google Ads at the bare minimum, and will be responsible for the planning and execution for online marketing campaigns.Job Description:Provide Shopee-managed service to brand and manage their online marketing budget, including Off-platform ads (Facebook & Google) and Shopee's On-platform adsManaging and optimising ads on Google and Facebook, while concurrently owning day-to-day optimisation of campaignsRoutinely analyse, review and report campaign performanceAnalyse merchants ads data to provide guidance and advice to improve salesDevelop effective people connections and coordinate work with the internal teams, namely marketing campaign teams, Marketing Solutions and Key Account ManagersUse agile testing (A / B, multivariate) to step change toward improved results over timeEnsure meaningful Performance Marketing insights and reportingAble to provide troubleshooting support for external parties for campaign optimisation on Google and FacebookIdentify opportunity areas for growth and improvementWork closely with other digital marketing/ campaigns members to ensure that media is aligned to business objectivesRequirements:Bachelor's degree from a recognised universityExperience managing online campaigns and performance marketing (shopping preferable)Experience with Facebook and Google ad buys and executionExpert fluency with customer acquisition methodologies including optimising cost per acquisition, retention and lifetime value metricsAnalytical - high competency with Google analytics, Excel (and the rest of MS Office) and a good head for numbers and working with large data setsSelf-starter who can hit the ground running and a passion for achieving great thingsDemonstrable interest in e-commerce marketing and the knowledge of other online marketing channels and their interactions with each otherUnderstanding of commercial indicators, market conditions and competitorsAbility to deliver work on time and thrive in a dynamic environmentHands-on approach with very strong attention to detail
