To provide timely support to merchants as well as consumers if required- To manage and build good working relationship with merchants.- To follow up on any enquiries by merchants- To work closely with other teams to resolve merchant issue- To execute all operations works for the company- To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior or management**Requirements**:- 1 year of working experience.
