**Digital Product Owner (E-commerce Ops Lead)****Key Responsibilities**:- Developing digital Platform & solution operation plan that can improve digitalized experience- Respond to and troubleshoot all issues related to Platforms & solutions driving the digital Platforms & solutions performance analysis and enhancement- Provide business, insights and trend analysis to improve overall eCommerce performance- Support initiatives to explore new digital commerce opportunities such as Social Selling and digital trendy solutions and develop to deploy into the markets- **Improve the User Experience regularly****Key Requirements**:- Experience in managing digital products and translate into functional/technical documentations- Digital savvy with knowledge of eCommerce business models, operations and technology- Experience working in digital and eCommerce in Retail / FMCG Industry or work under eCommerce enabler companies- Bachelor with minimum **6 years of related experiences**:- **Experienced in product lifecycle**:- Able to understand the customer journey, UX to increase productivity- Act as a bridge between IT implementation and business team / global counterpart- Experience in Google Analytics preferred (setting up campaign tracking, dashboards; monitoring and reporting on analytics, providing insights)- **Experience working in Agile methodology****Added Advantage**- Experienced with project management**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Experience**:- E-commerce: 6 years (preferred)- product lifecycle: 5 years (preferred)- understanding the customer journey: 5 years (preferred)- Google Analytics: 5 years (preferred)- Agile methodology: 5 years (preferred)- Product Roadmap: 4 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
