Digital Sales Manager / Executive

Must have experience handling direct client/media agencies/brands contact selling past company services;- Media sales experienced preferred, 3 yrs above (digital media sales, print/radio/tv media sales);- Experienced in handling media agencies/brands' client (media related)- Able to read and converse in Mandarin;- Achieve sales target and KPI Targets designated by the management;- Follow closely with client from initial contact through to contract signing;- Establishing new and existing relationships with potential clients and marketers in Malaysia and South-East Asia to maximize sales revenue;- Prepare business proposals, pitching and presentations;- Stay updated with latest digital hot topics, popular culture, marketing trends and competitors' activities for collaboration opportunities;- Handling enquiry, identify client's needs and provide suitable products recommendation to clients**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Experience as in media sales role OR client servicing with brands/in media agencies- Understanding of sales performance metrics- Proficient in drafting proposal using Microsoft Office (powerpoint, excel)- Interest and knowledge of digital social media preferred (Tiktok, IG, FB, XHS )**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales: 3 years (preferred)- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Cantonese (preferred)
