Demonstrate success in exceeding sales targets using consultative, solution focused sales approach.- Grow & Develop Market: Systematically review assigned territory on a periodic basis and identify growth in existing market.- Plan Sales Activities: To plan and implement activity as when the business requires to drive revenue and productivity.- Leads Management: Effectively register customer leads into sales tool portal and effectively follow up on the obtained leads for sales conversion.- Adhere to Internal Sales Processes: Oversee the sales team's activities, build sales pipelines, accelerate closure of business opportunities, and gain customer commitment. Monthly archive of customer registration forms to be shared to HQ for documentation & warehousing.- Customer experience: Ensure prompt fulfilment and maintain good relationship with stakeholders/subscribers. Effectively follow up with internal stake holders to make sure a sold product / service is delivered to customer within the promised timeline.- Sales development: Upgrade and improve sales presentation and knowledge of products, services and rates through sales training and self-learn. Experience in executing sales activity based on data metrics to achieve the best sales result and customer satisfaction.- Control and Monitoring Compliance: Comply to company's procedures and policies.- Churn Management: Acquire quality customers or upsell a product to an existing customer by recommending the right fit of product and affordability to achieve the best sustainability- Advocate Innovation: Constantly driving, embracing new ideas & change for current/new process, environment & new system rollout. To change and prepare Direct Sales Advisors mindset to embrace the same.- Adoption To New Enablers: Effectively learn the skills and knowledge in handling new enablers introduced by the organization.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree- Experience in service related industries.- Sales background from FMCG or Direct Sales companies- Good communication skills. Ability to speak and write good Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Familiar with area of operation.- High innovation and creative- Passionate, curiosity to learn
