Director (F&B)

An exciting Director (F&B) job has just become available at one of the most renowned F&B companies based in Petaling Jaya. Reporting directly to the Executive Committee, the suitable applicant can be an experienced General Manager from the F&B, FMCG or retail industry.

About the Director (F&B) Role:
The role is responsible to lead the development of an exciting F&B portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build revenue and profitability via the 13 to 15 outlets in the portfolio
- Lead seven divisions such as HR, finance, operations, chefs, procurement, marketing and IT
- Recruit and improve service level of the frontline operations teams
- Identify white space for new outlet openings and new revenue streams to capture the market share To succeed in the Director (F&B) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with all of the teams.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent in any notable universities
- At least five years' general management in any reputable or successful F&B, FMCG or retail setups
- Full P&L management experience including HR, finance, operations, procurement, marketing and IT
