Job Description

YOUR ROLE

You will have P&L responsibility for the Graphics business in South Asia Pacific (SAP) region and is responsible for the coordination, product roadmap, supply chain coordination, SG&A and sales execution for Graphics Solutions in SAP region. You will play a critical role in executing the business strategy to grow in high value segments by delivering target profitable growth in sales and EBIT. You will navigate and influence in a matrix organization, set regional strategies and execute to deliver targeted financial results while influencing and supporting other regions.

Your responsibilities also include:

REGIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create and lead a customer centric team focused on growth and customer satisfaction.

- Leads the Sales, Technical Support and Marketing functions in SAP. The R&D and Customer Service functions report dotted line into position. Also, leaders from the HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations and Supply Chain functions sit on the leadership team and the incumbent is heavily involved in the Operations/supply strategy and supply chain execution

- Establish and develop overall sales and marketing strategies and execution plans

- Execute strategy deployment and delivery in the region

- Accountable for team responsiveness to customer and industry developments, and for mobilizing the organization across the business functions to deliver timely solutions

- Execute and deliver on key financial objectives

- Adapt business model and strategy to reflect current business conditions

- Develop new applications, business opportunities and associated products for the Graphics Channel and Strategic Direct customers

- Lead and coordinate key product innovation efforts within the product line, linking closely to Marketing Segment Leaders and Sales on commercialization strategy

TEAM LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT:

- Attract, retain and develop a high-performance, customer centric work team

- Model and promote the Corporation’s leadership principles at all times and be the chief change-agent

- Coordinate team efforts, create and manage a global strategy and drive action and execution for results

- Assess the competency needs of the team and individuals and provide feedback and developmental opportunities in line with business needs and the aspirations and talents of the team

- Build succession and diversity

Qualifications

- 10+ years strategic management experience required

- Cross-functional leadership experience both inside and outside of marketing is required

- International experience required. Demonstrated success in cross-regional initiatives

- Graphics Industry experience and expertise is required

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing with MBA strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of product and technical information

- Ability to coach, teach and develop sales and negotiation skills

- Strong experience negotiating large/major contracts

- Skilled communicator, verbally and in writing, to all levels regarding complex business issues

- Must be able to champion new business ventures. This will require excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner

- Strategic thinker with proven track record of driving execution both personally and through teams

- Proven ability to identify, select, develop and retain top talent in an organization
