Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through a network of agents to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectivesPlan and strategies sales activities and work closely with AMs to achieve the company’s assigned production target. Work with AMs and/or organize recruitment activities to achieve regional’s Recruitment target Maximize distribution productivity and effectiveness by aligning initiatives to segmentation of agency force Act as a mediator or any agency related conflicts. As an effective and efficient communicator between company & agency force Work closely with other departments (ie. Compensation, Sales Support, Sales Admin, Sales Academy, Life Operations & CSV) to resolve agents related matters/issues/appeals Develop and lead BDEs and Admin Support in daily operation
