1. Plan and strategies sales activities and work closely with AMs to achieve the company’s assigned production target.
2. Work with AMs and/or organize recruitment activities to achieve regional’s Recruitment target
3. Maximize distribution productivity and effectiveness by aligning initiatives to segmentation of agency force
4. Act as a mediator or any agency related conflicts. As an effective and efficient communicator between company & agency force
5. Work closely with other departments (ie. Compensation, Sales Support, Sales Admin, Sales Academy, Life Operations & CSV) to resolve agents related matters/issues/appeals
6. Develop and lead BDEs and Admin Support in daily operationMIDDLE MANAGEMENT
