Division Finance Officer

**Key Objective**Responsible for overall Consumer Lines Financial management including:- Budgeting lead for annual and 5 year strategic plan- Monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting- Production, Expense and acquisition cost variance analysis- Monthly report management and coordination- Production Metrics monitoring, reporting, and narrative**Major Duties and Responsibilities**Financial Management- Works closely with IPL and A&H Heads and Product Line Managers, CFO and Finance team. Other interactions would include Regional IPL and A&H Heads, PLM & DFO.- Develop structure and reports to proactively and effectively manage Local and Regional Financial Management requirements.- Interface with Finance and Business units with regards to financial reporting- Design and build financial templates required for business reporting.- Provide advice and guidance to business unit team to ensure reporting requirements are understood and delivered within timelines.- Makes recommendations to local IPL and A&H Management on areas of improvementsOthers- To ensure compliant with both external regulators' as well as the internal policies, Code of Conduct- Any other duties as assigned
