Location: Kota Kinabalu & Kuala LumpurMinimum requirements:Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant background (Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred).Must be proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat.Must have a diploma or degree qualification.Capable of handling QMS Certification audit, Internal & External Audit.Familiar with ISO 9001. ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and attended basic and auditor training.Can work with minimum supervision.Able to work in team, meticulous, good time management and problem-solving skills.**Job Description**:1. Responsible for company audit certification, internal and external.2. Arrange Management review and preparing the minutes and necessary report.3. Prepare and update all company procedures, process flow, policies, manual, form, and any related documentation.4. Develop project document control procedures, process flow and necessary QA Documentation.5. Prepare ISO certification-related reports, monitoring, and analyses.6. Assist managing director in preparing business plan and report analysis.7. Prepare and update quality objective, supplier performance evaluation and report analysis.8. Prepare and update training plan for employee and training analysis.9. Maintain the document control filing and archiving in accordance with the company procedures and record retention policies.10. Maintain and update document control filing for enquiries, completed and live projects.11. Assist project manager in preparing and updating MDR/SDRL and monitoring the progress for project and claim purposes.12. Ensuring all client comments on project documentation file into correct folder, distribute and response with proper action.13. Attend any related meeting (KOM, Progress, project documentation, etc) and preparing the minutes.14. Day to day issuing of drawings and documents. Updated documents shall be distributed to all concerned staff at same day received or not later than 24 hours after receiving.16. Final screening of documents prior to issue to check for general errors around the title block and initiate the correction process if required.17. Develop and implement processes related to control and management of drawings and documents.18. Overall control and management of drawings and documents include documentation, circulation of engineering/designing/QA documents.19. Follow up in engineering, technical, architectural information and changes.20. Maintain and circulation of updated information and documents.21. Issuing approved, authorising, monitoring, updating of all project documents, including processing, and distributing related documents.22. Check the validity of the documents in accordance with the developed Document Control Numbering system and updating the system/ folders for projects.23. Act as a first point of contact and provide support to the project design team, regarding document queries, organize dispatch and collect and record any comment.24. Liaise with projects support and implementation team, subcontractors, and consultants; and work closely with them on all the above.25. Notify any Document Control issues that may impact on projects to the management and relevant project manager and agree action to be taken.26. Monitor Document Control time against allocated project time.27. Prepare correspondence, reports and documents indicate revisions, status and approval of the documents submitted.28. Assist managing director in project bid, vendor registration and business development.29. Responsible in preparing project starter pack and final documentation package.30. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly project reports.31.
