**Document Management**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Sales, such as Purchase Order, Sales Quotation, Sales Confirmation, Invoice and Delivery Order.- Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval and reference.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding document handling and storage.**Sales Support**:- Assist sales team members in preparing and Sales Quotation and Sales Confirmation.- Collaborate with the sales team & dispatch team to ensure timely completion and accuracy of all sales-related documentation.- Coordinate with other departments, such as legal and finance, to gather necessary information and documentation for sales processes.**Data Entry**:- Enter sales data into the company's CRM system or other designated databases accurately and efficiently.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus
