Dormitory/Building Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:- Liaise with PBA, TNB and IWK regards utility matters.- Prepare reports including M&E, cleanliness, as well as regular monitoring reports on the management of the property- Prepare monthly report on total hostel outlook, complains, test report and suggestion for improvement if any and preset to Top Management.- In charge building electrical/civil engineering/plumbing/cleaning/Construction.- Advise, analyze and solve problem faced by maintenance team on any malfunction- Carry out monthly preventive maintenance for building inspect the general condition of the building and surrounding property for cleanliness, overall appeal, and potential problems.- Coordinate with Project Management department regarding customer related issues and liaise with hostel representative for any arrangement.- Attend hostel workers maintenance and facility issues.- Assign workers to repair on any malfunction in the building/cracks/leakage and other maintenance issues.- To coordinate professionals coming to the building and grounds, such as code inspectors, vendors making deliveries, and contractors performing work on the property.- Supervise and monitor renovation or upgrading site works for new tenant/and moving out tenant.- Briefing new hostel occupants on house rules and regulation.- Constantly building physical improvements - like landscaping, repainting, interior design or decorating advice during festivals.- Purchase and control inventory material.- Prepare utility charges bill for tenants.- Prepare department budget and on CAPEX & OPEX**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your current salary?- What is your expected salary?Ability to Commute:- Bayan Lepas (required)Ability to Relocate:- Bayan Lepas: Relocate before starting work (required)
