Drafter

**Responsibilities**:- Create preliminary design for conceptual analysis of the proposed Solar PV System- Create full engineering drawings based on confirmed designs for the proposed PV System- Create design specifications documentation and material lists- Create electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules and interconnection diagrams for solar PV systems, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.- Obtain site information from Project Engineer to verify feasibility of proposed design- Obtain endorsements for the project drawings- Control issuance of each drawings revision for circulation, internally within the project team and for external submissions including client and respective authorities.- Verify drawings are correct to specifications, codes and other regulations- To liaise with Design engineer to ensure produced drawings are as per design requirements**Requirements**:- Possess at least a Certificate in Drafting.- Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.- Thorough knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD.- Interpersonal skills to work within a team, taking direction from Projects Managers and Engineers- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time- Ability to work extra and flexible hours- Ability to meet deadlines.- Ability to work with tight schedule.- Good time management skills.- Willing to travel to site.
