Drafter / Technical Assistant

To ensure all draft and drawing following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings- To use computer aided drafting (CAD) software program to create and modify architectural documents, designs, working drawings, tender drawings, construction drawings, detailed drawings, submission drawings, forms, charts, reports and records.- To ensure drawings are prepared with compliant with building regulations and all relevant laws.- To identify and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.- To communicate with architects and incorporate knowledge gained into drawings.- To ensure production of drawings are produced in required time-frame.- Any other non-project work, but complimentary to the office operation- Any other scope necessary to efficiently carry out your tasks**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Drafting: 2 years (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
