Draughtsperson (Architect)

**Responsibilities**:- Carries out design / drafting using AutoCad/ SketchUp- Work closely with architects/superior- Ability to work in a fast pace environment- Willing to learn and work overtime to meet tight timelines- To understand and follow instructions will positive attitude- Work well as part of a team and independently- Performs other job-related duties as required**Requirements**:- Architectural design development consisting of layout proposal, architectural drawings for submission to authorities. Must be familiar with standard building bylaws.- Liaise with authorities for building approval.- Ability to use AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Sketchup- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team- Must possess own transport- Prefer applicant manNoris Ventures Sdn.
