Work you'll do Building and managing the Centre: Drive the effective operations of what will be a fast-growing centre, providing day-to-day operational management; collaborating with HR on developing, maintaining, and driving compliance to local office policies; and ensuring stakeholders' satisfaction Growing business-function competency in the region: Collaborating with Audit & Assurance leaders to scale their services and determine the appropriate long-term operating model Planning and budgeting: As the Centre capability quickly scales, perform cost planning and coordinate with functions on headcount planning and other management needs. Develop and monitor the annual budget and work with relevant teams to ensure fiscal responsibility and oversight Finance: Prepare/ review periodic financial reporting to relevant stakeholders. Work with Finance to manage cashflow including billing and collection Resource management: Work with respective resource managers/ teams to ensure the team maintains effective utilisation HR/ Talent operations: Work with HR and Talent teams to define and build core capabilities. Hire the team to support the region and attend to end-to-end talent lifecycle Performance management: Provide guidance and support to the team, serve as a formal or informal mentor to colleagues on the ground, manage/ facilitate the regular feedback and formal annual appraisal process Learning and Development: Work with the Learning team and business leaders to design appropriate firm approved learning for the team Quality & Risk Management: Ensuring the Centre considers and maintains the firm's quality and risk management values, policies, and procedures with respect to internal and external business relationships. Requirements At least 7-9 years external audit experience with the following elements: Engagement financial management including managing budgets and actuals, business planning and resource management Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop trusting relationships with key stakeholders Strong organisation and project management skills including demonstrated experience of leading and managing teams to prioritise and deliver multiple projects concurrently within set deadlines People management including mentoring and coaching as well as managing performance review and learning and development processes Strong problem solving skills Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
