**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate & with Client & Vendor on artwork requirements & deadlines- To perform the required duties, knowledgeable in using a variety of technological hardware and software, in relation to desktop publishing software, printers, scanners and output of CTP- Prepare all necessary documentation, work on the readiness for print feasibility files, casting and ensuring images are correct before going to press- Be organized and responsible in safe keeping of all files in both physical & digital form in relation to artwork and other materials provided for each job- Proactive in discussions & meetings- Able to work on all Ad-hoc jobs assigned in relations to Visual Graphics- **Preferred Requirements & Qualifications**:- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign)- Some Experience in Microsoft Office Software- Excellent eye for aesthetic visuals- Organised & meticulous in labelling & archiving of artwork & files- Able to multitask & meet deadlines under pressure- Good command of written and spoken English- Strong interpersonal & communication skills- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment- Proactive, resilient & responsible attitude- willing to work overtime**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship**Salary**: From RM1,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to Commute:- Seri Kembangan (preferred)Expected Start Date: 03/22/2024
