**Dutch Customer Service****About the Opportunity**We are looking for a Dutch-speaking customer service specialist with a positive and customer-oriented personality. Customer service specialists need to handle and resolve reported customer questions, provide high-quality customer service and improve customer satisfaction.1. Responsible for receiving user's consultation and answering user's doubts through online customer service tools;2. Feedback the problems existing in the use process of users in a timely manner, and do a good job in collecting and sorting out problems;3. Proficient in Dutch and Chinese. English is at working level;4. Strong business sensitivity, able to master basic business after receiving training. Financial related knowledge and experience is preferred;5. Think about daily work, be good at discovering obstacles in user experience, mining user requests, and promoting problem solving and process optimization;6. Able to work in shifts./Able to work full-night shifts (3 shifts per day: 9:00-18:00, 15:00- 00:00, 00:00-9:00) - 5 working days and 1 day on call per week.**Job Requirements**1. At least 1-year experience in Crypto Customer Service position;2. Chinese natives are preferred, Dutch and English can be used as working languages;3. Good logical thinking ability, can judge the real needs of users;4. Passionate about Client Server, responsible for customer experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem solutions;5. Effectively adjust communication methods and styles according to different objects;6. Have self-management ability and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing;7. Have good learning ability, good at discovery and self-summary;9.
