JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : • Manage and update new products, images, pricing, stock levels and product descriptions for E-Commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, PG Mall, etc.) • Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes and activities over E-commerce platforms. • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure parcel delivery time frame of online store, including order fulfilment and logistic arrangement. • Monitor closely on the inventory levels. • Monitor online customer feedback and inquiries promptly as well as responding to complaints professionally. Be the main point of contact for the assigned E-Commerce marketplace. Making sure that each customer issue is followed up and completed by related parties. • Manage and build the online distribution channel through various e-commerce marketplaces. • Plan and update the content of Facebook page to maximize audience traffic. • Maintain website information via content, image, banners / promotional posters upload. Ensure all pages, product and pricing on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times. • Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices, acquire insight in online marketing trends, brand awareness, competition ventures and keep strategies up-to-date. • Any others ad hoc task to be assigned from time to time from the Management. JOB REQUIREMENTS : • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Creative Multimedia/Business Studies major in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing or at least 2 years working experience in the same related field or equivalent. • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply with experience in related fiend is preferred. • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop / Illustrator is required for creating content marketing. • Good knowledge of all different online marketing channels activities / digital marketing / social media marketing skills will be an added advantage. • Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage. • Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Creative and able to propose ideas for both offline and online campaigns. • Good in teamwork, organisational skills and administration. • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office application.
