E-Commerce: Customer Relationship

We are a fast growing e-commerce company with fun and interesting product. Work closely with founder in the company and earn a fast career progression track to becoming a project manager.Jobscope- Handle daily marketplace operation, include customer service,order processing and follow up customer.- Responsible for managing our online platform including Facebook,IG,website etc- Perform clerical and admin support include Purchase Order, order tracking.- Develop, monitor, write and update product content contained on our FB,IG,website- Perform any other ad- hoc assignment as and when required.Requirement- Familiar with Microsoft excel.- Have experience in E- Commerce or customer service field is an advantage.- Able to execute and implement plans- Familiar with Photoshop, illustrator, canva is an added advantage.- Familiar with Shopify/Wix/Wordpress is an added advantage.- Good written and verbal communication skills- Required language(s): Mandarin, English- quick to learn- willing to take on new challenge and task**Benefits**:- Work from home- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development????:??????: 6 ??????: ?? 25??: RM2,100.00?RM4,000.00(?? )
