E-Commerce Executive (Executive Level) Responsiblities: • Manage daily online sales activities on multiple e-commerce platform as assigned by the Company. • Manage and update those E-Store function including their campaigns and promotion. • Manage overall e-commerce orders and entire logistic flow to ensure customers received their orders within the stipulated time. • Manage customer feedback and inquires promptly as well as to respond to complaints professionally. • Conduct analysis and research, and upkeep with the latest e-commerce trends. • Ensure all online marketing efforts are aligned with overall brand strategies to achieve the brand team objectives. • Assist Business Development Manager (International) and E-Commerce in building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunity. • Update and help growth prospective client database. • Support Business Development Manager (International) and E-Commerce in business proposal and other related needs. • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the Company. • Comply and assist with Company guidelines and procedures for product development processes. • Act as back up for Business Development Manager (International) and E-Commerce during his/her absence. • Other projects as assigned by reporting personnel and management. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent. • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in E-commerce or Digital Marketing • Candidate will act as a Business Development for this job position. • Independet, Self-initiative and able to work with minimal supervision Specific Location: • Alam Mesra, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Working Hours: • 5-day work week • 9.00AM-6.00PM with 1 hour lunch break Benefits & Others (Upon Confirmation): • Medical Benefit (Outpatient Medical Claim) • Group Insurance coverage • Annual Leave • EPF, SOCSO, EIS contribution.
