E-Commerce Executive

-Manage, set up, and update marketplace platforms (Lazada and Shopee) including product photo/video shooting and uploading-Manage online orders, inquiries, customer feedback, customer service, response to messages and emails.-Manage online day to day basis (SKU edition, price changes, sales order synchronization, store banner and store feed management)-Ensure all aspects of platform content and info are accurate and updated especially the stock level.-Participate and coordinate expo, events, functions, and roadshows.-Sales campaign planning and implement the various weekly campaign, seller picks and promo in marketplace account to achieve monthly sales target-To respond to online inquiries and maintain a good seller rating, content score, chat respond rate, and review.-To understand and utilize Seller Center and Business Adviser to track every product's performance and market trend.-Responsible to design banners, promotional content, design works, marketing material, and product video.-To contribute ideas to the team and grow the business together.-Run social media channels - Facebook, Instagram-Able to do live session on online platform-Work closely with the operation and warehouse team to ensure all campaigns are executed smoothly with sufficient stocks.-Constantly be up to date with the latest tools in technology to further maximize our digital and social media presence.
