Come join Luxasia and be part of shaping the future of e-commerce in Asia Pacific.Commerce Operations Executive (Maternity Coverage: August 2024 to Feb 2025) Responsibilities§ Ensure smooth daily operations, maintain store performance rating high and ensure data accuracy, monitoring and timely reporting.§ Create & Monitor daily order fulfilment§ Upload/Maintain new product listing§ Assist in GWP enrollment§ Help monitor if promotions are up and running§ Examine promotions after creation to ensure that it was set up correctly§ Responsible for stock replenishment on all channels§ Monitor order status on all Marketplaces once shipped out§ Responsible for claims filing and monitor claims status§ Participate in onboarding process, Sellercenter account creation and customer mapping§ Sending of accurate and timely data for sales reporting, order processing, promotion accruals, returns and refunds etc.§ Liaising with warehouse and platforms on order pickup and other order concerns§ Liaising with finance on any payment discrepancies§ Help resolve any customer complaints§ Weekly returns monitoring and process cancelled orders§ Submit billings to finance§ Maintain high store performance ratings§ Continuously improve processes and practicesRequirements§ 1 to 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, across marketplaces § Critical-thinking and interpersonal skills§ Strong communication and problem solving skills§ Highly proficient in MS Excel§ Self-starter, and can work under pressure§ Highly detail oriented§ Ability to manage multiple projects and execute under tight deadlines§ Ability to work independently
