E-Commerce Procurement Specialist

**Job Overview**:We are looking for a motivated e-commerce procurement specialist to manage our company's procurement activities. The procurement specialist's responsibilities include sourcing new suppliers, ensuring that the purchased products and materials meet specific technical specifications, negotiating purchase terms, and evaluating supplier performance. The procurement specialist will also be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply issues or discrepancies and as well as issuing purchase order.**Responsibilities**:- Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.- Communicate and identifying prospective suppliers from China and monitoring their performance and resolving issue and concerns.- Liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations.- Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria.- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.- Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.- Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting the management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies as well as execute efficient inventory replenishment planning.- Preparing reports, receipts, invoicing and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.- Create shipment orders and communicate with forwarders to monitor shipment status.- Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.**Requirements**:- Diploma, Degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferred.- **Must be able to read and write in Chinese as the position will be dealing with China supplier.**:- Good working knowledge of procurement strategies- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Team player with strong organizational skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Language**:- Chinese (required)Application Deadline: 05/10/2024Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
