Ascential is headquartered in the UK and listed on the London Stock Exchange.**Your responsibilities will include**:As Operations Executive, you will be responsible for operations for stores on E-commerce platforms & retail inventory management. You will report to the Operations Manager. This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.**Responsibilities**:- Generate daily and monthly operational related reports, analyze quantitative data, and work with related teams to identify and solve problems- Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail inventory management, monitor of ordering issue, and other key related to ecommerce operations- Establishing and consistently modifying the standard operating procedure (SOP)- Work closely with key account team to align on the operational plans- Support teams in defining business processes, developing operational roadmaps, and associated system requirements- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure successful execution of fulfillment, orders and processes to accommodate client needs and requests.- Respond to troubleshoot, and resolve daily receiving, fulfillment, and delivery issues, piecing together the end-to-end story to identify root causes and see cases through to resolution- Perform other relevant duties according to the business needs- Support processes to ensure all aspects of the ecommerce operations run smoothlyRequirement:- Diploma/University degree in any related field- 1 year of experience in Operations, Online platform, Fulfillment, Supply chain or any related fields, having E-Commerce experience would be an advantage.- Good attention to details, strong analytical skill, and decision making- Well organized and good follow up skills- Able to create and maintain professional relationships with customers and fulfillment partners- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel- Thrive in a fast-paced start-up and Ecommerce environmentWhat we offer:- Excellent and competitive compensation package- Professional and open international working environment - culturally integrating the best of all cultures to take the best of each and ensure we build an energetic, commercial, and fun working atmosphere.- You are one of the pioneers of a new and cutting edge Flywheel product underpinned by strong tech.
