E-Commerce Telemarketing Executive (Malay) (1 Year

_**Type : 1 year contract (Renewable based performance)**_- **Working Days : 5.5 days a week (Monday- Sunday)**_- **Working hours: Shift A : 9am-6pm & Shift B : 11am/ 12pm - 8pm/9pm**_**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing.- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).- Manage / store customer information on the company system- Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed**Requirements**:- Min SPM graduated with at least 3-6 months of Telesales experience (cold calling / making sales via call out)- Fresh Graduate are most welcome.- Voice clear, fluent and good communication in English and Malay.- Prefer who able to join IMMEDIATELY**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractPay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission payApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work on Rotational Shift?- When is your availability date to join?**Experience**:- Telemarketing/Telesales: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Malay (preferred)- English (preferred)
