Location:- Sarawak- Specialisation:- Chemicals- Salary:- MYR 120,000 - 216,000 (Annual)- Reference:- PR/157197- Contact details:- Christy Ko- Job published:- April 25, 2024 12:22- Well established chemicals plant in Sarawak is expanding with multiple ongoing projects is looking for E&I Manager to lead the department.**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the activities of their team, making sure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the appropriate quality and safety standards- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and other departments to communicate project requirements, progress, and issues- Reviewing and approving design drawings, calculations, and documents; procuring and managing equipment, materials, and services- Conducting site inspections, audits, and tests; troubleshooting technical problems; providing technical guidance and training to staff and contractors; preparing reports and proposals; as well as implementing policies, procedures, and regulations**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's Degree in facility management or engineering discipline- At least 10 years of electrical and instrumentation experience, preferable from chemicals plant or oil & gas background- Knowledgeable of principles, standards, codes, and practices related to electrical and instrumentation engineering- Ability to keep track of and report on activity- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities- A Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus- Willing to work in Sarawak- MALAYSIAN ONLY**BENEFITS**- Attractive remuneration package- Accommodation and transportation are provided- Medical benefits
