As an Ecommerce Fulfillment and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, with a focus on ecommerce order fulfillment, 3PL management, warehouse billings accuracy, and EDI connections. Your key responsibilities will include1) Ecommerce Fulfilment: - Review daily orders and ensure that orders are fulfilled on time by 3PL partners. - Collaborate with teams to streamline order processing and delivery procedures. - Monitor and order inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.2) 3PL Management: - Managing relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure timely product distribution and proper stock storage and distribution condition. - Assist in the negotiation and maintenance of contracts and service-level agreements with 3PL partners. - Participate in the evaluation of 3PL partner performance and help implement improvements.3) Warehouse Billings Accuracy: - Check warehouse monthly billings and ensure the accuracy of billings. - Assist in resolving discrepancies in billing and payment processes4) EDI Connection Management: - Monitor the reliability and security of EDI connections, reporting and helping to resolve any technical issues.5) Logistic :_ Manage inventory of materials Initiate corrective actions on supplier delivery issues. Coordinate the delivery of purchased parts and consigned materials to the facility. Process the purchase orders by liaising with suppliers or principals.
