We provide residential homes for children and the elderly, hostels, family support services, daycares, tuition centres, a refugee help centre and emergency relief services in times of crisis.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- He/ She must be observant, attentive to residents' needs, and adopt a holistic care approach, addressing physical, educational, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects.- Individual Residents Progress Monitoring: Manage residents daily routines including school works, study time, mealtime, and rest time. Regularly assess and track the academic performance of individual residents. Identify areas for improvement and develop tailored strategies to address them. Collaborate with school teachers and professionals to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for resident.- Learning Enhancement Strategies: Research and implement innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies to boost individual residents learning abilities.- Curriculum Development and Alignment: Work closely with teachers to ensure curriculum content is aligned with learning objectives and standards. Identify opportunities for enrichment and extracurricular activities to enhance the overall educational experience.- Assessment and Reporting: Conduct assessments, maintain records, and generate progress reports to track and communicate clients' academic and developmental achievements. Compile and analyse data related to resident learning performance and behaviour. Generate comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.- Learning Resources Management: Curate and maintain a repository of educational resources, including textbooks, digital materials, and teaching aids. Ensure that you have access to up-to-date and relevant materials for effective instruction**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field.- Proven experience in educational program development, teaching, or educational administration.- Strong knowledge of pedagogical best practices and educational psychology.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment.**Skills**:Education
