Education & Entertainment Supervisor (Sea Life)

Responsible for Aquarium operation functions and education programs including the Animal Ambassadors. This position will oversee all educators, performers, and operation MCs, ensuring that the highest safety, customer satisfaction and cleanliness standards are adhered to. Position will be accountable for KPI scores, as well as meeting education booking numbers relative to forecast. This position will ensure that all education programs meet the needs of formal and/or informal teaching institutions. This position is responsible for all budgets relating to the operation functions and education programs as noted below.You will have the ability to communicate, interact and support your team members and superior in the department by exhibiting your best practices that aligned with the Merlin core values.
