EHS- The general duties of an SHO are to ensure compliance and to promote a safe conduct of work.- Regulatory responsibilities of an SHO are specifically prescribed in the Occupational Safety and Health (Safety and Health Officer) regulations.- Implement and drive safety programs for the factory. With correct KPIs in place.- Continuously improving to ensure sustained compliance to OSH law in company.- Lead the safety team to ensure a safe and health working environment.- Liaise with DOSH to arrange for renewal of registered equipment and to close any observation and findings.- Established and implement standard operation procedures.- Assess incident records and propose remedies.- Prepared summary of safety and health activities at the beginning of the following month.Security- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises.- Adhere to all company service and operating standards.- Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.- Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers.- Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.- Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire preventation, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations.- Develop process and system in place for security.- Owns monitoring of CCTV cameras to retrieve if any incident happens.- Manage the security company to guard the factory.**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree in Sciences,Chemistry or engineering disciplines.- Green Book holder and registered with DOSH.- Required language (Bahasa and English)- At least >5 years and above working experience in the related fields.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Your Expected salary ?- Do you possess Greenbook ?
