Eip Supervisor

Job Description Conduct Early Intervention Programme (EIP) in a small group setting with a teacher to student ratio of 1:3. Develop, execute and adjust Individualized Educational Plan as required. Create lesson plans and necessary materials. Record students' progress. Meet parents for progression update. Oversee, support, supervise and lead a team of Special Education Teachers. Quality check and quality enhancement for the service delivery. Job Requirements Experienced in educating children with developmental disorders or disabilities. Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in special education or related fields. Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is advantageous. Collaborative team member. Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work autonomously. Effective communication with parents caregivers and healthcare professionals. Commencement in May/ June.
