It's an opportunity to be part of something special.About the roleTo maintain and monitor the Electrical System, Compressed Air System and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning system, Steam Generator, RO Water plant and other utilities and Facilities support in high standard performance..Role ResponsibilitiesTo ensure smooth and continuous supply of Electricity, Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning and Compressed Air System, Steam generator, RO Water plantTo ensure NO interruption to Production and Administration block.To regularly maintain all electrical equipment and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning system as per schedule.To ensure Compressed air system are well maintained to ensure NO short supply to Production.To regularly maintain the air system filtration to ensure NO GQP violation.To document all necessary information on maintenance work done to all system.To maintain all necessary document on spare parts.To involve in all necessary projects in plant pertaining to electrical maintenance and upgrade of system.To assist Engineering (Equipment) when required.To ensure all electrical installation complies with Suruhan Jaya Electrical standards.To submit monthly on-Site Power Consumption and Site Power Interruption.To check, record and monitor the status of the power factor reading, capacitor bank, air circuit breaker calibration and cable resistance.To submit daily report to the superior.To maintain the critical system in the high-level performance (machine).To ensure there is no major breakdown in yearly basis.To solve the system failure immediately – as per GMP/QMS procedure.Scope of AccountabilityTo Ensure follow the Electrical Suruhan Jaya StandardTo comply Haleon Electrical standardTo ensure all the works being carry out is within the compliance to all EHS issues.Interface with quality control, engineering and other department as required in the course of conducting daily assignment or project.Ensuring compliance to all GMP and EHS requirements. Ensuring all the electrical spare parts maintain in good conditionTo ensure all the Electrical and Air compressor Preventive Maintance perform as per cmms work orderBasic & Preferred Qualifications:Must hold a Electrical Chargeman Certified by Suruhan Jaya TenagaPossess at least 2 years of hands-on maintenance work in plant utilities systems/Electrical field.
