Electrical Technician

**Responsibilities**:- Carry out inspection rounds of all machinery rooms, public area and report any defects or situations that requires attention.- Assist in rectifying all defects and responding to all breakdown requests in the most efficient and professional manner possible.- Assist with the operation, maintenance, upgrade and installation of all building systems.- Assist in Energy Conservation by ensuring all machines are cleaned, and maintained to the highest standard.- Adhere to the Engineering, Fire Life & Safety Matrix & Audit requirement to ensure optimum performance of the properties essential services during an emergency situation.- Carry out the role of Emergency Response Team Member or Support team Member.**Requirements**:- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.- Preferably background specializing in Building maintenance or equivalent.
