Electrical Technician

Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in the related field.- Diploma/SPVM in electrical or equivalent academic experience.- Have excellent communication skills.Duties and Responsibilities:ii. Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, inclusive of all the mechanical- & electrical-powered machines/equipmentiii. Perform preventive maintenance checksiv. Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenantsv. Supervise appointed contractors to carry out maintenance and repair worksvi. Report any potential problems/ hazards to the supervisor and take remedial actionvii.
