Email Content Monitoring (Ecm) Analyst

You will be responsible for:- Review Business Unit response on ECM escalated alerts.- Prepare Management Reports and assist in Data Loss Impact Assessment reviews.- Assist/Conduct Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for ECM operations.- Assist in Procedures review.- Handle Business Unit queries.- Plan and coordinate UAT testing, when required.- Take on ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the Manager.**Qualifications**- University Degree or equivalent preferred.- Good analytical, written, and interpersonal communication skills to be able to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels in the bank.- 2-4 years' experience in banking operations and/or information technology.- Sound grounding in risk assessment and internal control best practices will be an advantage.- Familiar with Financial Services Act and knowledge in Banking Secrecy and Personal Data Protection Act will be an advantage.- Possesses characteristics of a good team player, self-motivated, independent, resourceful, and able to main good working relationships with people of all levels.- Good time management.**Primary Location**: Malaysia**Job**: Risk Management**Organization**: MAL RiskMgt - Operational Risk**Schedule**: Permanent**Job Posting**: 18-Mar-2024, 8:31:04 PM
