Responsibilities: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute engaging programs, events, and activities. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, and promoting open communication. Create and implement recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate employee achievements and milestones. Design and manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture. Organize team-building activities and events to enhance collaboration and strengthen interpersonal relationships. Work closely with HR and leadership to develop and implement employee wellness programs. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to employee engagement and present findings to leadership. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 years of experience in employee engagement or related roles. Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate engagement programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Understanding of current trends in employee engagement and workplace culture.
