Employee Relations And Industrial Relations Manager

**a. Employee Relations**- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive work culture and employee engagement.- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and fairly.- Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and resolution of workplace issues.- Monitor employee morale and take proactive measures to enhance job satisfaction.**b. Industrial Relations**- Manage negotiations with employee representatives, trade unions, and other labour organizations.- Facilitate discussions and resolution of disputes between management and labour groups.- Stay updated on labour market trends and legal developments related to industrial relations.**c. Performance Management**- Collaborate with HR team to implement performance management programs.- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and corrective actions.- Ensure fair and objective performance evaluations**d. Policy Development**- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures related to employee relations and industrial relations.- Ensure policies align with best practices, legal requirements, and the organization's values.- Communicate policies effectively to employees and management.**e. Data Analysis and Reporting**- Analyze employee relations data to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.- Prepare reports for senior management and recommend actionable solutions.**Key Requirements**:- Graduate from Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experiences in HR- Experienced in HR Business Partner is encouraged to apply.- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
