Responsible for the resolution of internal customer queries regarding benefits and other internal programs.- Gathers and clarifies feedback and other information from internal customers through various methods, researches relevant guidelines, and responds to inquires promptly.- In dealing with more complex queries, may be involved with other customers within or across different functions.- Provides coaching, influencing, and dispute resolution strategies to managers and other customers regarding company or benefits policies.- Develops strong relationships with customers, process owners and business partners to understand the request and to identify and perform the most suitable resolution.- May perform testing and quality checks to ensure business and data quality requirements.- Evaluates software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing processes and systems to meet changing demands, and ensures data interface communications internally and externally.Daily tasks include:- Working with Service Now and Workday platforms- Responsible for resolving and troubleshooting the daily request while creating and defining the business processes within a specific group**Qualifications****Qualifications**:- Bachelor in Business Administration or Management- High analytical skills, capable to understand the different types of request and find the right resolution based on the Desk Top Procedure.- Good stakeholder management skills as the job requires to constantly engage the process owner and the business analyst for process improvement.- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.- Ability to deliver quality output whilst working under the pressure and within tight timelines.**Inside this Business Group**Intel's Human Resources group is responsible for hiring, developing and retaining the best and brightest employees while continuing to strengthen the company's culture and values.
