To plan and conduct process audit regularly.3. To establish, maintain and continuous improvement on process work instruction.4. To control the quality and executing defect prevention during model introduction.5. To assist and implement the cost reduction and as well as any KAIZEN programs.6. To design line layout for new model introduction and process methodology to ensure theproduction efficiency.7. To ensure that the assembly or production Work Instruction (WI) are established and up to datefor all vehicle models.8. To participate with various supporting department and to develop good communication networksto ensure smooth production activities during any new model introduction before mass production9. To measure existing line performance and plan for improvement base on 4M method from time totime.10. To coach and plan sub-ordinate training program.11. To be acting to the superior during his absent.12. To perform any other task assigned by the superior from time to time.13. To liaise with principal and vendors.14. To monitor End of Line equipment are well perform.15. To ensure vehicle configuration are properly configure and diagnose any trouble code.16. To oversee overall TCF operation.17. To plan and execute Mazda Global Launch Centre activity as per MKP visionAbout us :Inokom is involved in the assembly and manufacturing of light commercial vehicles as well as contract assembly. Its manufacturing facility is located in Padang Meha, Kulim, occupying 200 acres of freehold land. Production first commenced in August 1997.The Company is owned by a consortium of corporate shareholders, which constitutes of Sime Darby Motors Sdn.
