Engineer Information Technology

In your new role you will:

Provide Level 3 technical support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues on network infrastructure. Handle Incident Management and Change Management. Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning in the network infrastructure. Perform network logging and system health check. Liaise with application groups on various projects and other system support requirements. Responsible for documentation and reporting. Provide global on-call support. You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any equivalent course. Minimum 1-2 years of network experience preferred. Competency in the area of basic device setup based on templates or guidance. Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols and networking technologies. Basic hardware, software, and configure troubleshooting of network equipment including a basic understanding of network protocols. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, including technical concepts and technology. Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
