Engineer - Supplier Quality

Job Description

- Quality Support to Product Purchasing buyer (PPU) in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Preventive Quality Planning (PQP) as part of TTM process
- Main interface of Regional Business Unit’s all supplier quality related issues after SOP (e.g. ECR, 8D, concessions, RTV, defect cost reimbursement)
- Act as first escalation level for the Plant for purchased parts quality issues
- Support achievement of Cost targets for related Product Group along the entire Product Life Cycle
- Responsible for the Purchasing Quality of the responsible Product Group within the Bosch business unit along the product life cycle
- Handling the Preventive Quality Planning(PQP) for purchased parts and Operation of initial samples / ISIR release
- Complaint management for the purchased part quality issues
- Drive and measure supplier Quality Performance in accordance to Plant / Bosch business unit specific KPIs

Qualifications

- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Commercial or Engineering
- 2 years of working experience or fresh graduates with high leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate and drive cross functional team to support in order to achieve targets
- Possess positive thinking mindset, self motivated and highly committed
