Responsible for overseeing both engineering and service departments within the company. This role involves managing technical projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead and manage the engineering and service teams to ensure effective performance and achievement of departmental goals.
2.Develop and implement strategic plans for both departments to support overall business objectives.
3.Coordinate engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support product launches and customer engagements.
5.Oversee service operations, including installation, maintenance, and repair services, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6.Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with clients, and monitor performance against agreed-upon metrics.
7.Provide technical expertise and support to both internal teams and external clients.
8.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
9.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in engineering and service operations.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in engineering and service management roles, with a strong track record.
• Technical expertise in engineering principles, with a focus on electrical.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
