**We are looking for Environmental Executive **(**Corporate Management System Executive) to join us!**- **5.5 DAYS WORK PER WEEK**:- Benefits: Annual leave, Medical Leave, Medical Claim, EPF, SOSCO, EIS, Annual Bonus, Annual Increment.**Job description**:- Develop and implement environmental management strategies and initiatives to minimize the organization's environmental footprint, including reducing waste, conserving resources, and mitigating environmental risks.- Conduct environmental assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards.- Lead efforts to promote sustainability and environmental stewardship across all aspects of the organization's operations, including energy efficiency, waste management, and pollution prevention.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate environmental considerations into business decision-making processes, including product design, procurement, and facility management.- Monitor and analyze environmental performance metrics to track progress, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of environmental management initiatives.- Stay informed about emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in environmental management, and provide recommendations for incorporating new developments into the organization's environmental strategy and practices.- Support the development and implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, including ESG reporting, disclosure, and stakeholder engagement activities.- Assist in the preparation and submission of ESG reports, disclosures, and certifications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.- Provide support for the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 quality management system, including conducting internal audits, managing corrective actions, and facilitating continuous improvement activities.- Assist in the development and implementation of safety and health management programs and initiatives to promote a safe and healthy work environment, including conducting risk assessments, developing policies and procedures, and delivering training to employees.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or higher in **Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability**, or a related field.- Professional certification in **environmental management** (e.g., Certified Environmental Professional, Environmental Management Systems Auditor) is preferred.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct environmental assessments, interpret data, and develop actionable recommendations.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex environmental concepts to a diverse audience.- Able to **speak and write in Chinese **is an added advantage.**Work Experience**:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing environmental management strategies and initiatives to achieve sustainability goals.- Experience conducting environmental audits, assessments, and impact analyses, with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business decision-making processes and operations.- Experience with **ISO 9001 quality management system** implementation and maintenance, **ISO 37001 anti-bribery management system**, as well as **ISO 45001 occupational safety and health management system** development and compliance, preferably within a corporate environment.Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- ISO 45001 occupational safety and health management system: 1 year (preferred)- environmental management: 3 years (preferred)- ISO 9001 quality management system: 1 year (preferred)- ISO 37001 anti-bribery management system: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
