Equipment & Maintenance Specialist

1) Set up an effective system of recording and monitoring of defects and breakdown reports in order to take remedy and immediate actions to minimize shut down times. 2) Develop & Implement Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance improvement framework to minimize maintenance, repair and replacement costs and abating the risk of critical equipment breakdown or interruption. 3) Ensure that the personnel working in this team has acquired the right skill, are given proper training and are up-dated with the latest method, procedures and requirements. 4) Support production activities at all times by ensuring minimum response times to equipment breakdowns and achievement of equipment availability targets Lead emergency (unscheduled) repairs or first level troubleshooting of facilities critical equipment.- ACHIEVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.- PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS SERVICES.- SAVE THE EARTH, LESS POLLUTION IN FUTURE.Bachelor's or Equivalent
