Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Description Responsible for the management of after-sales maintenance services for the company's main products. Handle post-sales quality faults and anomalies of equipment, promptly collect and record customer feedback information, analyze feedback issues in conjunction with production, quality, logistics, and other relevant departments. Manage post-sales installation, commissioning, and maintenance of projects, including coordinating technical, procurement, and quality assurance to develop technical solutions, operational procedures, quality and progress management of on-site services, customer demand maintenance, management of work hour records, etc. Provide effective technical support to customers and address technical issues raised by customers. Promote and improve the standardization process of customer complaints and after-sales, including customer complaint process, after-sales service process, after-sales follow-up process, coordinate communication between customers and factories, track improvement measures and project usage status. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. Major in biomedical engineering or electronic instruments. More than 3 years of on-site service experience in medical equipment, experience in ultrasound equipment maintenance is preferred. Willingness to frequently travel. Strong ability to withstand pressure and efficiently solve problems. Open-minded, collaborative, and excellent communication and coordination skills. Chinese Speaking Candidate is preferred.
